Andy Jones (Senior Corporate Manager)

Andy joined Ellacotts’ corporate services team in October 2007 as senior manager, where he is responsible for the delivery of a range of services to the corporate sector, covering audit, accountancy and outsourcing, corporate tax, business advisory and corporate finance.

Prior to joining Ellacotts, Andy trained and qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers, spent several years working for one of Australia’s leading professional indemnity insurers, before returning to practice with Ernst & Young as a senior manager in their audit and business advisory practice.

During this time, Andy has specialised in the area of audit, assurance and business advisory services, and prides himself on the delivery of effective, efficient and value added services in this area. His experience in these areas covers a diverse range of industry sectors from manufacturing, distribution and technology where he has worked with both UK private companies, subsidiaries of major European and US multinational companies, to the healthcare, education and charity sectors.

Andy is a member of the ICAEW, as well as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia having trained and qualified in Australia, and is also currently studying for the Diploma in Corporate Finance through the ICAEW.

Outside of work, Andy spends most of his time with his family, chasing his 3 children around, and in the kitchen cooking, which is a particular passion. Andy is also a keen golfer and cricketer, and can be seen playing cricket for Banbury Cricket Club during the summer months.
