Andy Jones (Partner)Andy became a partner in December 2009, having joined Ellacotts in October 2007 as senior manager in the Corporate Services team. Andy, along with Peter Clayton who heads up the team, provide a very strong and experienced Corporate Services team at Ellacotts and specialise in providing accounting, audit, corporate finance, business advisory and taxation services across a wide range of industry sectors to both UK and international businesses. Prior to joining Ellacotts, Andy trained and qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers, then spent several years working for one of Australia’s leading professional indemnity insurers, before returning to practice with Ernst & Young as a senior manager in their audit and business advisory practice where he worked with some of the leading local and international businesses in the Thames Valley region. Over this time, Andy has developed a very knowledgeable and experienced corporate background, where he has specialised in the areas of audit, assurance and business advisory services and prides himself on the delivery of effective, efficient and value added services to his clients. Andy's time in industry also gave him a valuable insight into the importance of sound processes and internal controls, which he is able to bring to his clients. Andy also has a strong background and interest in the charity and not-for-profit sector and is a member of the UK200 Group's Specialist Charity Group. Andy is a keen cricketer, playing for Banbury Cricket Club, and enjoys improving on his golf handicap in the warmer months. He also enjoys relaxing with his family and 3 children (honestly) and in the kitchen cooking, which is a real interest and passion. |
