Carole joined Ellacotts payroll team in August 1999 where she provides a comprehensive, confidential and dedicated outsourced payroll service for over 150 companies throughout the UK. As part of the service she sets up and maintains PAYE schemes on HMRC accredited software, administers payments including NI, SSP etc, produces payslips, reports and forms including P45, P11D, P60 and then electronically submits all forms on behalf of all clients.
Prior to Ellacotts, Carole worked in a public facing role as an office manager, with HR responsibility, for a manufacturing firm and prior to that she worked for a publishing company and before that as a dental nurse. As a result she has the knowledge and expertise of ensuring that clients get the best levels of service combined with the most up to date advice and assistance.
When not working, Carole indulges her passion for dancing. Enthusiastic for what is termed new line dancing, which is a combination of street and line dancing, Carole has literally danced her way round the world, which is just as well as her other love is holidays, where she likes to take it easy and enjoy the sun.
