About
Mark Dickin (Senior Manager)Mark became a Senior Manager in Ellacotts’ agricultural and property team in February 2010, having joined the firms as a manager in September 2006. Mark is responsible for the day-to-day accounting and tax needs of a wide range of agricultural clients, from family farming businesses to landed estates. Mark specialises in providing tax planning advice to his clients, particularly in the areas of inheritance tax, capital gains tax and VAT. He enjoys getting to grips with the problems and issues faced by his clients in order to provide sound and practical advice. Mark was brought up on his family’s dairy farm, and so can draw on this experience when advising his clients. Mark is also a member of the Country Land and Business Association (CLA). Outside of work, Mark loves music - both listening and playing. He plays the trombone as part of the Hook Norton Brass Band and has played all over the country and abroad. He also sits on the band's committee as treasurer. A country boy at heart, Mark enjoys everything about farming, tractors and the countryside. Professional Memberships
