Local independent Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors, Ellacotts LLP is delighted to sponsor the prestigious Customer Care Award at the Banbury Business Awards.

The awards, which are making their debut in the town, will be presented at the Whately Hall Hotel in an extravagant black tie gala evening to be held on Friday 3rd October 2008, and it is very much hoped that it will become an annual event.

Customer care is of paramount importance to Ellacotts and can often be the deciding factor in a customer’s decision-making process, Partner David Saunders explains. “In today’s world, providing outstanding customer service is fast becoming an essential part of continued business success. In order to stand out from the crowd, increasing numbers of companies are developing an array of innovative practices, techniques or systems to significantly improve their levels of customer service. ”
