Ellacotts Showcase ‘DataLoc’ at ICAI Annual Meeting

Pioneers in less paper office, Ellacotts showcase their highly successful ‘client secure area’ at The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (ICAI) annual Technology Seminar this week.
The seminar held for 250 accountants called ‘Putting IT into Practice’ highlights areas of excellence throughout the UK and Ireland, companies who have achieved such distinction are invited to present their initiatives by way of practical examples.
Leon du Plooy, IT Manager will represent Ellacotts in Dublin and Cork this week to demonstrate the firms ‘DataLoc’ facility, developed to enable clients to access their personal information directly through a secure website managed by the practice. This initiative has allowed Ellacotts to deliver a much more comprehensive service to their growing customer base.
Leon explains: “This represents an excellent opportunity for the practice to demonstrate its commitment to be at the forefront of IT development, and in particular in the areas of Security and 'Less Paper'.”
