Landlords, letting agents & property managers were invited to find out more about a range of issues that affect managed property portfolios at a seminar being organised by Spratt Endicott Solicitors and Ellacotts LLP.
Spratt Endicott, which has one of the largest property teams in the Midlands, held a free seminar in conjunction with Ellacotts LLP, North Oxfordshire’s largest firm of chartered accountants and business advisers, on Thursday 10th April 2008 at Gilmarde House, 47 South Bar Street Banbury.
At the event Spratt Endicott introduced a new recoveries concept and took attendees through their 3-step solution to regaining possession of their property.
Brian King, Tax Partner at Ellacotts discussed income tax and highlighted interesting insights to potential Capital Gains Tax reliefs on the eventual sale of a property.
