Ellacotts Announce New Corporate Partner Appointment

As they continue to enhance the company’s corporate specialisation and expertise, Ellacotts LLP are very pleased to announce the appointment of Andy Jones to the role of Corporate Services Partner from 1 December 2009.
Andy joined Ellacotts in October 2007 as a Senior Manager in their Corporate Services team. Prior to this, Andy was with one of the top four international firms in the Thames Valley region, where he worked with some of the leading local and international businesses. Andy has a very knowledgeable and experienced corporate background, having spent 15 years working for high profile international accounting firms in both the UK and Australia. Andy has also spent four years in commerce, in financial and operational roles, which has assisted him in understanding both the firms and client perspectives on a day to day basis.
Andy, along with Peter Clayton who heads up the Ellacotts Corporate Services Team, will present a very strong and experienced corporate team who specialise in providing accounting, audit, corporate finance, business advisory and taxation services across a wide range of industry sectors to both UK and international businesses.

Andy’s promotion comes hot on the heels of Alan Boby’s appointment in July as Tax Partner.
