Ellacotts Announce Key Tax Partner Appointment

Banbury based Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors, Ellacotts LLP, are pleased to announce that Alan Boby has joined the firm as their new Head of Taxation and Trust Services.
Alan was previously a tax partner with Grant Thornton in both Oxford and Banbury and for those of you with long memories; you may even recall that Alan trained as a Chartered Accountant with Ellacotts in the 1980’s.

A qualified Chartered Accountant for over 25 years, Alan’s expertise covers a wide range of tax and business advisory matters, including tax planning for privately-held businesses and their owners. He also advises high net worth individuals on tax savings schemes, family succession, retirement, estate planning, estate administration and trusts. Furthermore, Alan specialises in the property and construction sector with a successful track record in disposals, acquisition, diversification and funding.
