Charlotte Toemaes highly commended at the British Accountancy Awards

27 September 2018

We’re delighted that our Corporate Services Partner Charlotte Toemaes was highly commended in the New Partner of the Year Award at the British Accountancy Awards in London last night.

The award, which is open to Partners who have been in the role for less than five years, recognises those who have demonstrated outstanding leadership, influence and credibility and having acted above and beyond their role in helping develop their clients and the practice.

The recognition is testament to Charlotte’s commitment to working alongside her clients to deliver excellent individually tailored solutions, providing outstanding client service and being influential in developing Ellacotts as a firm.

Speaking after the awards Charlotte said:

“I’m really proud to have been highly commended. The British Accountancy Awards is the top awards for the accountancy industry and I’m honoured to have been recognised by the judges.”

In addition to Charlotte being highly commended, Ellacotts Managing Partner David Stevens was shortlisted for the Partner of the Year Award.

The British Accountancy Awards are regarded as the industry’s most prestigious accolades. They pinpoint professional development and highlight those that have demonstrated excellence in their profession. Both the Partner of the Year and the New Partner of the Year Awards had extremely strong shortlists featuring professionals from firms across the country.

The Awards took place on Wednesday 26 September at the prestigious Grosvenor House in Mayfair, London and saw 750 guests from both practice and industry. In addition to Charlotte and David being finalists, Ellacotts were pleased to be a supporter of the awards. For a full list of the winners, visit the British Accountancy Age website.
