Blakesley Show

Blakesley & District Agricultural Society has been in existence for well over 100 years and the Blakesley Show is held on the first Saturday in August every year. The 2018 show on Saturday 4th August will be the 134th for the Society.

This year the show will once again be held at Blakesley Heath Farm, Maidford, NN12 8HN.

The show is a traditional rural show with around 65 showing classes for cattle and sheep, 70 horse classes and a small section for roots and corn exhibits together with a gymkhana which is always well supported by young riders. The show attracts around 3,500 visitors every year.

We will be putting on refreshments such as tea and cake and lunch canapes, so please feel free to drop by for a chat.
