Ellacotts raise £3,500 for Katharine House Hospice

1 June 2018

David Stevens, our Managing Partner, is very proud to present Katharine House Hospice with the £3,500 we have raised for them throughout the past year as our Charity of the Year 2017-2018.

Ellacotts and Katharine House Hospice

We had not one, but two Charities of the Year in 2017-2018 which were voted for by our team and we have been delighted to support two such amazing organisations that are local to both our Banbury and Kettering offices; Katharine House Hospice and Cransley Hospice Trust.

We set ourselves an ambitious fundraising target of £7,000 with all funds split evenly between the two charities. We are so proud of all of our Partners and staff for participating in our fundraising events which resulted in us reaching our target.

Throughout the year we've held various bake sales, Dress Down Fridays, a Strictly Come Dancing Sweepstake, a Christmas Jumper Day and several members of the team took part in the Katharine House Hospice Santa Dash. Our big sporting fundraising event saw 40 of our staff participated in the gruelling 15km Rough Runner challenge
