I joined Ellacotts in April 2016 and am currently working as an Accounts Senior in the Business and Tax Services department. On a day-to-day basis, I prepare statutory accounts for small and medium size businesses, sole traders, partnerships and LLP’s, as well as the corresponding tax returns.
Prior to joining Ellacotts, I spent two years as an accounting technician at another firm in which I performed similar tasks, as well as preparing VAT returns. Prior to studying for the ACA qualification, I completed my AAT Level 4. I love working at Ellacotts as I feel the training and support are first class, and I enjoy assisting clients with all their accounting needs. I have found the firm provide terrific opportunities for progression and hope to take advantage of this in the future.
In my spare time, I live for football by supporting Birmingham City and playing 5-a-side whenever possible. I am looking at doing coaching badges for youth football teams in the future. I am also a film enthusiast, and enjoy watching a good series boxset.
