We are delighted to announce that our winner of the Employer of the Year Award at The Northamptonshire Business Awards 2019, is Ensafe.
David Stevens, Managing Partner, who presented the award said:
“Ensafe were worthy winners because of the passion and enthusiasm that shone through from a cross-section of people from within their business. Representatives volunteered to present to us because of their high level of engagement, and in their presentation, they were able to give lots of examples of how people progress and are developed. They were very clear on the vision and values for the business, and we were impressed by their employee engagement survey.
We had some fantastic applications for this award and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting the other finalists, Reed Specialist Recruitment and Bhangals Construction Consultants, and learning more about their businesses.”
Ensafe were announced as our winner at the Northamptonshire Business Awards Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony, now in its second year, which took place on Thursday 5 September at the Park Inn Northampton. During the evening, guests enjoyed a drinks reception and 3-course dinner to celebrate the achievements of these local businesses.
Ten awards were given out during the evening and all of the finalists were commended before each of the category sponsors announced the winner.
