I joined Ellacotts in 2014 as Payroll Bureau Manager to head up the Payroll Bureau. We look after a diverse range of clients from local charities to international organisations ranging in size from 1 employee to hundreds of employees. As a part qualified accountant and fully qualified Payroll Bureau Manager, I am able to provide payroll advice to all Ellacotts’ clients. I also have qualifications in HR, Customer Service, Management and IT. The Payroll Bureau and I can assist with some payroll software queries and processes for those of whom we do not run payroll for.

I enjoy working at Ellacotts as not only do we provide a professional and fulfilling service to our clients, which results in good rapport, we also have a great social aspect within Ellacotts that inspires and motivates all that work here.

I have spent the previous ten years in payroll in the UK, five years of which I was managing a Payroll Bureau for a Chamber of Commerce in Yorkshire. Due to working in a private school and a manufacturer of boxes for the other five years, my payroll knowledge spans a wide range of industries as well as a good working knowledge of payroll related HR issues such as redundancy, settlement agreements and dismissals.

I am originally South African however, I have been in the UK since 2003 and am now officially British. I have a completely bonkers English Springer Spaniel who, my partner and I love to take on walks. I also enjoy swimming, cycling and watching rugby and motorsports.
