I have been working at Ellacotts as a Payroll Adviser since February 2015. I have many years’ experience working for local Banbury companies where I, most recently, worked for ten years at a local residential school within the finance department, which covered many roles including accounts, HR and payroll duties.

Since working at Ellacotts I have completed my BTEC Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Payroll Techniques. Besides standard PAYE payrolls, we have also been working with many clients to assist them with their Auto enrolment needs and to ensure that all our clients are compliant with the regulations. Some of my clients also require the administration of CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) within their payroll. There is always plenty of in-house training, since Ellacotts always sets a high priority on training needs to ensure that everyone has the up-to date knowledge that they require to successfully fulfil their role.

I enjoy working at Ellacotts as it’s a very friendly place and everybody always makes time for you.  I like the fact that there is a great variety in the clients that we assist and deal with and I always look forward to building and maintaining good relationships with them. Besides our payroll clients, we are also on hand to assist all Ellacotts clients with payroll queries if required.

Away from the office, I enjoy gardening, walking and local history.
