I joined Ellacotts as a Trainee Accountant in the Corporate Services department in June 2021 after completion of my Accounting and Finance degree.
During my time at Ellacotts, I have started studying towards the ICAEW Chartered Accountant qualification. The training program at Ellacotts enables me to effectively utilise my theoretical knowledge and apply this in the context of a real business environment, which has proved incredibly useful for my professional development.
Day-to-day, I work closely on audits with the firm’s corporate clients extending – from limited companies to academy trusts. I am also involved in the preparation of statutory accounts, corporation tax computations and tax returns for clients.
Outside of work, I enjoy water sports, specifically wakeboarding, and socialising with my family and friends.
