Corporate Services

As a Partner in the Corporate Services department, I act for clients across a range of industry sectors, which consist of the UK and international businesses and a wide range of charity, not-for-profit organisations, and academy schools.

I joined Ellacotts in 2006 from a national firm of accountants, and have progressed through the Corporate Services team becoming a Partner in June 2016. During that time, I have gained significant experience in providing auditing, accounting, and business advisory services.  I have also helped several schools through the academies conversion process and, having been a school governor myself, I have a detailed understanding and experience of the key conversion and ongoing issues facing academies.

BAA New partner of the year

I have obtained the ICAEW Diploma in Corporate Finance. Alongside financial modeling and advisory work, I have significant experience in producing share valuations, which can be required for a variety of reasons, such as transactions, employee incentive schemes, or expert witness reports.

I pride myself on building strong relationships with clients by providing sound advice, support and adding value.

Alongside client work, I am also involved in the firm’s quality assurance procedures, which involves leading the firm’s internal review process and being a key contact for external reviews.

Outside of work, my two beautiful children keep me very busy, and we enjoy family days out and have recently started camping! My other interests include reading, cookery and going to the cinema.
