I have been working as a Bookkeeper in the Outsourcing team within the Corporate Services department at Ellacotts since March 2014, following a 12-year career as a qualified insurance broker.

I am currently working towards my Level 3 Bookkeeping qualification and always welcome opportunities to progress my knowledge in the bookkeeping industry.

My clients vary from small sole traders to larger international companies with multi-currency accounts, preparing their monthly management reports, quarterly VAT returns and Intrastat submissions as well as dealing with Company Secretarial matters. I love the variety and diversity of the clients that I deal with and the unique challenges each client brings with them. I have clients whose bookkeeping requirements range from traditional ledger books to excel spreadsheets to accounting systems such as Sage and Xero to bespoke accounting systems.

When I am not at the office, you can usually find me down at the local sports club taking part in an exercise class or two, participating in the occasional Wolf Run and travelling overseas to Spain, Germany or Ireland to visit family.
