Jenson Brooks
I joined the Ellacotts team in July 2023 as a trainee within the Agriculture and Property department after graduating with a First-Class Honours degree in Accounting and Finance from Coventry University.
I have joined with little experience in the accounting sector due to going through the University route, but I am excited to be starting my Chartered Accounting qualifications in the near future and am looking forward to developing my skills.
My day-to-day duties include the preparation of annual accounts for a variety of clients, including sole traders, partnerships and companies, along with preparing tax returns. I really enjoy the variety of work and that no two days are the same. The support of my team around me has enabled me to learn a great deal in a short space of time.
Outside of work, I like to relax by watching Formula 1 at the weekends and enjoy a round of golf with my friends.
