I have been in the agriculture and property team at Ellacotts since May 2021, looking after a wide range of farmers, estates, landowners and agri-businesses.
Previously I was at MacIntyre Hudson, a top 15 accountancy firm, for five years where I became a member of the Institute of Accounting Technicians. I then continued my studies, studying towards the Associate of Chartered Accountants qualification – now only having one exam left to qualify.
My previous experience involved mainly looking after large corporate accounts and tax, including medium-sized groups. Moving to Ellacotts has allowed me to work in an industry I have a keen interest in, which makes the job very rewarding. During my school life, I worked on a farm helping out where I was needed, giving me a great insight into farming.
Away from the office, I enjoy countryside sports, playing golf (when the sun is out) and walking our Cocker Spaniel.
