I joined the Agriculture and Property team in 2012 as a Trainee Accountant, having previously worked in banking. After working through my qualifications I was promoted to Supervisor in February 2022.
My role day to day includes looking after a wide range of agricultural and rural clients, including sole traders, partnerships, companies and large estates, with my main interests being in large landed estates and trusts. I am also involved in a variety of tasks such as accounts and tax compliance along, with Capital Gain Tax and Inheritance Tax planning. I enjoy building strong and personable relationships with my clients to enable me to assist them with any accounting and taxation needs in an efficient manner.
I have good relationships with a number of bookkeeping software providers such as Xero, Farmplan and Landmark Systems, ensuring all software we provide is tailored towards our farming and rural clients.
When I am not in the office, I enjoy trying out new restaurants, going to comedy nights and spending time helping out on our family farm.
