New Year, new Xero? Not quite, but there are a couple of changes! Let’s see what’s changed on the cloud accounting software so far this year.

My Cases – Xero Support

Xero has changed the way you record and monitor the cases you have raised with Xero support. You can now view all the cases you have raised in one, easy to find, place. You can view your cases within Xero central by clicking on your profile icon in the top right hand corner.

This makes it easy for you to keep track of all the cases you have raised with Xero support.

Reconciling bank transactions

Xero have increased the options available to you when reconciling bank transactions. You can now create bank rules and delete statement lines directly from the reconciliation screen.
