Nicholas Ronson

I joined Ellacotts in July 2024 as a manager within the corporate services department. My specialisms are owner managed business, charities and not for profit organisation.

I am an audit manager in the Corporate Services Team here at Ellacotts. I joined the team in May 2024, having gained over 8 years of audit and accounts experience in accountancy practice in the Midlands.

Jack Nield

I work closely with the firm’s larger corporate and non-corporate clients in a variety of industries, including UK subsidiaries, multinational companies and multi-academy trusts. This involves providing audit, accounting, tax and business advisory services.

Charlotte Toemaes (née Houghton)

As a Partner in the Corporate Services department, I act for clients across a range of industry sectors, which consist of the UK and international businesses and a wide range of charity, not-for-profit organisations, and academy schools.

David Stevens

As Managing Partner, I have responsibility for the strategic development of the firm. I work with my fellow Partners to ensure that we continue to deliver excellent client service, attract and retain the best people and achieve growth for Ellacotts.
