I joined the Agriculture and Property department in October 2020 as an AAT Trainee. This is my first role within an accountancy firm. My typical day involves preparing accounts and completing VAT returns alongside any additional tasks set to me. Being in the Trainee scheme has allowed me to develop my skills further whilst gaining valuable knowledge around the Agriculture and Property sector.
Before starting at Ellacotts, I worked as outdoor activity instructor for four years before moving into hospitality. It was then on my travels in Australia, where I worked on a cattle farm and poultry farm, that I decided I would like to work within the sector. On returning home, I started my training with AAT.
When I am not working, I enjoy walking and exploring new places, spending time in the garden and keeping up to date with all the latest sports action.
