I joined Ellacotts in July 2022 as an HR Coordinator. Some of my responsibilities include managing the starter and leaver process, assisting in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and actioning feedback from our Employee Engagement Survey. I also help to organise our annual Staff Away Day and Christmas Events.
Prior to joining Ellacotts, I worked at a retail bank as an Operations Manager, it was here I realised I wanted to work within HR as the parts of my job I enjoyed the most were the people practice – developing people and policies, analysing people data, recruitment and supporting performance management. From this, I enrolled on the CIPDs Level 3 Foundation in People Practices and started my studies.
My favourite parts about working for Ellacotts are the variety of my day, the development opportunities and most importantly – working alongside such a great team!
