Head of People and Innovation
As Head of People and Innovation, I have responsibility for the employee experience at Ellacotts. This encompasses everything from attracting the right talent to the Firm and ensuring our fantastic talent remains with us, to keeping them motivated and rewarded for the outstanding work they do. I also take responsibility, along with my fellow Partners, in ensuring our progressive firm remains at the leading edge of technological enhancements and efficiency.
People Development is critical for a Firm like Ellacotts, and therefore driving a culture of continuous learning and development is paramount for delivering the very best advice and guidance to our clients. I try to live and breathe our values of; Teamwork, Integrity, Enthusiasm, Focus, and Progressiveness. With a strong belief that our purpose of enabling success applies as strongly to the success of our people as it does to our clients.
As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, I have spent the majority of my 20 year HR career in the financial services industry. Working both with blue-chip organisations such as Aviva, and smaller organisations including financial advisory firms and financial funders. This allows me to bring a wide perspective and variety of HR experience to the Firm.
Previously spending 9 years at Ellacotts, I spent three years away with another financial services organisation, returning as a Partner in the spring of 2020. I am delighted to be back and believe the strength and quality of Ellacotts and its people will take the Firm to new heights in the coming years.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my young family and dogs, trying to stay in some sort of shape by running, walking, and playing golf.
