Qualified Accounts Senior

I have worked at Ellacotts since July 2021 as a Qualified Accounts Senior in the Agriculture and Property department at the Kettering office. Previous to joining Ellacotts I completed my AAT training through an apprenticeship and gained the ACCA qualification to become a chartered certified accountant, whilst employed with a medium-sized regional accountancy firm, having been there for close to eight years.

During my accounting career so far I have mainly been involved with the preparation of accounts and tax returns for small owner-managed businesses. As well as being experienced in bookkeeping and VAT for these business types.

My day-to-day tasks at Ellacotts include the preparation of year-end accounts and tax computations for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, as well as providing VAT and cloud accounting advice and support.

I enjoy my role at Ellacotts and it is great to be able to work in the Agriculture and Property department as this is an area that I have always found interesting There is something different to be found in every job!

Whilst not at work I enjoy spending time socialising with friends and staying active.
