Safia Messina

I joined Ellacotts in April 2023 sitting in the Outsourcing team within the Corporate Services department. Ellacotts is a very welcoming company and a great place to work.

I enjoy working with my clients to understand and achieve their specific goals. I hope to make working with Ellacotts a rewarding experience and try to partner with my clients to help enable their success. I work with a range of businesses including sole traders, partnerships, companies, and trusts.

Tom May

I work with a variety of our client businesses here including sole traders, partnerships, trusts, and limited companies. I enjoy working alongside our client to tailor solutions to achieve their goals. I have a passion for tax, and tailoring tax solutions for our client’s needs as and when they arise to enable their success.

Sindhu Vallishayee Nagaraja

On a typical work day as a tax trainee at Ellacotts, you will find me collating information from clients to draft their personal tax returns, registering partnerships and partners for Self-assessment, and liaising with the Revenue for the clients.

Jo Mara

I have worked in the financial services industry now for over 30 years, providing advice on all aspects of financial planning including, personal and business protection, pension and retirement income planning, investments, inheritance tax planning and long-term care funding, with a particular focus on tax mitigation and capital protection.

Jordan Smith

I joined Ellacotts in September 2022, after completing a master’s degree in mathematics at Loughborough University. I am excited by the new experiences and challenges, as a new Trainee Accountant in the Agricultural and Property department.

Thomas Kempster

I am currently a tax trainee in the tax and wealth planning department. I spend most of my day completing personal tax returns for clients with the odd call to HMRC involved as well.

Michelle Gooden

Having previously worked in high-end retail management for 22 years, and 9 years as the office manager for a Country house estate agent, I bring both great customer rapport, and service skills, and excel in time management and organisation.

Ezme Paterson-Hammond

I joined Ellacotts in July 2022 as an HR Coordinator. Some of my responsibilities include managing the starter and leaver process, assisting in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and actioning feedback from our Employee Engagement Survey. I also help to organise our annual Staff Away Day and Christmas Events.
