I have worked in marketing for over 20 years, in a few different industries for multinational small and large businesses in B2B, B2C and B2D doing marketing, design and digital marketing.
As the Marketing Manager, my role is to manage all our external communications and activities, help the different departments to engage with current and potential clients and promote the Ellacotts brand. This includes the website, running our events programme, producing firm brochures, adverts, newsletters, social media management content and creation.
I help manage our sponsorship of the Cherwell Business Awards and, as part of the organising committee, help to coordinate the awards and gala dinner. I love the variety and fast-paced environment that comes with working for an Accountancy firm. No days are ever the same and I’m lucky to get to work with everyone across the firm meaning I am constantly learning something new, and the days fly by.
When I am not at work, I attempt to do DIY on my house, socialising with my friends, watching rugby and going to concerts.
