Staff profiles

My typical day-to-day duties involve preparing accounts and tax computations for small to medium businesses, including limited companies, sole traders and partnerships. I am also involved in on-site audits with clients.

In one of my previous roles, I spent 18 years working in the banking sector in Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire, where I worked with a variety of businesses and I was trained well in the importance of customer service.

I have been working with Ellacotts since August 2020 in the Payroll Department. On a day-to-day basis, I process payrolls for various clients, ranging from farms to engineers. These can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly or annual payrolls.

My day normally consists of preparing accounts, tax returns and tax computations for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders. However, I am involved in being on-site with clients, completing audits for some of our corporate clients and academy trusts.
